Danny’s journey through the digital landscape is a testament to innovation, passion, and relentless curiosity. His story begins with an unexpected spark. A 14-year-old McDonald’s employee investing his part-time earnings into Google Ads, foreshadowing a career defined by digital exploration.

During his time at Humber College, Danny quickly distinguished himself as more than just a student. He revolutionized the computer networking curriculum and subsequently redesigned it to align with industry standards. His expertise led him to teach Unix as a part-time professor for 90 students and eventually join the Program Advisory Committee for Computer Networking and Engineering.

His professional trajectory has been marked by significant achievements across media and technology. From his early days as a YTV intern at Corus creating original sound tracks to video games, to becoming a transformative digital strategist, Danny has been instrumental in bringing entertainment and technology from linear TV architecture to Digital platforms. His technological fingerprints can be found across Canadian media brands including Comcast, NBC Universal, Disney, Q107, The Edge, and AM640.

Danny’s strategic brilliance is especially evident in driving digital transformation. He led Weight Watchers’ international digital teams, driving success across Europe and the United States while spearheading the Canadian digital strategy. His approach goes beyond traditional marketing, he crafts conversional experiences that maximize marketing investments and understand complex digital behaviours.

Recognition has followed his innovative work. He was awarded a Gemini for Best Cross-Platform Project and an Honorary Degree from Humber College for his significant contributions to society.

Beyond his 9-5, Danny is deeply committed to our community and recreational development. As the Ontario 5-Pin Bowlers’ Association Director, he oversees and regulates the sport of 5-Pin Bowling across the province for 4,500 members.
